Rodney Owen and Bushi Yamato Damashi will present a Centered Movement Workshop on Saturday September 16th from 2:00-6:00pm. The focus of this training will be on learning to move skillfully from one’s center in a relaxed, intentional, and safe manner, while integrating the various techniques and applications of basic Aikido Tai Sabak (whole body movement) and the Ba Fa (eight methods) of Taijiquan. This training is appropriate for all ages and skill levels. No previous training is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for stretching and vigorous activity.

TRX workshop with Michell Susz returns September 30, and will continue through December 9, 2017. This full body suspension workout will alternate with Aerial Yoga every other Saturday from 2:30-4:00pm throughout the fall.

Nia FreeDance classes return this fall on Sundays – October 29, and November 26- from 12:30 – 1:30pm. Classes are $20/person.

Join us for a Nia FreeDance Workshop on October 8th from 12:30 – 3:30pm with Karen Firebaugh and Jennifer Kissam. Early Bird Registration is $45 through October 1st, then $60 until registration closes on October 6th.

• Beginners’ Yoga w/Mark on Mondays at 9:00am and Wednesdays at 7:15pm, in addition to his other seven regular yoga classes.
• Hoop Dance w/Sheryl on Mondays, 6:00-7:00pm
• Adult Ballet w/Christine on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:15-8:30
• Aerial Yoga w/Shakira Bethea will be held every other Saturday beginning September 9th at 2:30pm.
