Our new Winter schedule will change slightly:
- Shakira Bethea will teach a Beginners’ Yoga class on Tuesday mornings from 9:30-10:30am.
- “Yoga w/Mark” on Saturday’s continues at 10:00am.
- “Aerial Yoga” (click here for more info) continues at its new time 11:45am – 1:00pm on alternate Saturdays.
- Pilates is back! We are happy to welcome Taryn Griggs to our team! Join Taryn at 11:30am on alternate Saturdays.
