Ready to take flight? Join us for Aerial Yoga 101 on Saturday, July 27th from 1:00pm – 4:00pm.
We will explore the basic poses of Aerial Yoga to build a strong foundation, and learn a gentle flow sequence. Aerial yoga is fun, engaging, and builds self confidence when practiced regularly. It also promotes self love and healing by trying something new and becoming comfortable in those moments of being uncomfortable. We will have a grounded yet light practice to encourage a lifestyle that supports us on our individual path!
